The problem is still there.
Our user has created other comptes using the domain @mnc.ma, and they didn't received the confirmation mail.
Please, can anyone help us to solve this issue for good?

From what I saw you tried to change the password. First you need to confirm the mail address and just after that you will be able to change the password.
