FIWARE.Request.Lab.Spain.Sender address rejected: Domain not found

      Description

      Hi all,

      We have a problem with a project that have the domain <mnc.ma> that will be hosted in Lannion Node. The domain is hosted to Google.

      First, they tried to create 3 accounts via Cloud Portal, but they didn't receive the activation confirmation mail.
      The 3 accounts are:
      mtazi@mnc.ma
      balaoui@mnc.ma
      info@mnc.ma

      Seccondly, they tried to resend the confirmation via Cloud Portal but the error was:
      Error: The email address you have specified is registered but not
      activated. Please check your email for the activation link or request a new
      one. If your problem persits, please contact
      fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org

      Finally to solve their problem, they tried to send a email to fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org and they received this mail:

      Message will be retried for 2 more day(s)

      Technical details of temporary failure:
      Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain lists.fiware.org by lists.fi-ware.org. [130.206.80.88].

      The error that the other server returned was:
      450 4.1.8 <mtazi@mnc.ma>: Sender address rejected: Domain not found

      Can anybody tell us how can be solved this issue?

        The issue should be resolved. We have been doing changes and now it's resolving correctly.

        Hi again,

        The problem is still there.
        Our user has created other comptes using the domain @mnc.ma, and they didn't received the confirmation mail.
        Please, can anyone help us to solve this issue for good?
