      Description

      Hello,

I am sending on behalf of FRACTALS accelerator project.
I am working as a tech mentor.

I would like to report the next issue reported by one of our beneficiaries:

"We have noticed that node Piraeus has deleted everything that we had in our account. More specifically we have lost our vm instances and services that were deployed but also we have lost our assigned public IP

Info: Connected to project EMPORIA (ID e996819e2e4e42d6b8d10621c17e2fb4)

Can we have a reason for this deletion?
Is it possible to recover from a backup?

      Email: c.ververidis@hypertech.gr <c.ververidis@hypertech.gr>

      VM info:
      Name: emporia – app
      ID: 9dc84740-40de-4168-8861-a3e2cfecb0c3
      Image Name: Ubuntu12.04-server-x86_64
      region: PiraeusN
      RAM: 2048MB
      VCPUs: 1 VCPU
      Disk: 20GB
      node-int-net-01: 10.60.4.195
      node-int-net-01: 185.23.171.118
      "

It could be great if you can provide support on that.

      Thank you in advance.

      Kind Regards,

        Hello everyone,

We are looking at PiraeusN - and it's still empty. We don't even have access to images and blueprints. They are empty as well.

        Please check again ...

        On behalf of Emporia team,

        CA

        Hello,

also confirming Christos and attaching the screenshot of the FILab console we currently have so as to depict the problem with an image: the region is PiraeusN but no instances, IP ... If the processes are indeed running then there might have occurred some kind of "de-association" with the EMPORIA project affecting our ability to view/manage the instances? Please look into this since we are quite helpless to manage EMPORIA.

Thank you for your time and consideration,

        ManosD

Fernando can this be due to the keystone issue??? I see their machines in the node but from cloud portal they cannot.

Not sure if it is related to the Keystone, I see that there is some problem with the PiraeusN node. Fi-Health is reporting a full error in the tests execution and it seems that it is not related to the Keystone problem. You should check it firstly.
