Looking at your web page there could really be synergies between the two organizations.
FIWARE technology is open source and in verticals like Smart Cities the globally leading technology for the creation of Smart City platforms and smart applications on all continents.
Please find attached a brochure with a first overview on the Foundation incl. membership options at the end.
A comment on the Foundation:
We are not doing any commercial activities but managing the FIWARE ecosystem and coordinating the development and usage of the FIWARE technology.
We are financed by membership fees and the participation in publicly funded projects.

I'm also copying our Chief Operation Officer Stefano de Panfilis as he is
responsible for our member management.
So far we haven't had the situation that a company is not providing
information about their revenue (even if it is not public).
Taking into account that 2.500,- € is our minimal fee for companies which
is payed also by very small companies with just 10 or 20 employees 2.500,-
€ inthe case of Tuya would be too low.
Taking an average GDP per head in China of 10.000,- € per year into account
and multiplyin git with 2.000 employees would bring us to 20 million €.
As we do have a fee of 0,025% of the global revenue as membership fee for
Gold Members this would bring us to 5.000,- € as a fee starting in 2021.
If this is acceptable for you we could go this way.
Another option would be to become a Platinum member. In this case you do
not need to disclose your revenue.

across a 'Tuya compatible' provider, which ringed a bell.
FIWARE in the meantime is the globally leading Open Source technology for
