Dear Jose, dear all,
I have not received any reply to the email I sent you yesterday.
It would be nice to be contacted and advised on what might have caused
the issue we described on our last email.
In order to help you sorting out the issue, I attach the tracelog
captured at the FW level from our external partners.
Please, we are really stuck and we have a review in two weeks time.
