FIWARE.Request.Lab.problem with accessing fiware lab cloud.

      Description

      We are group in the fiware lab with a username "Mahmoud" and email "
      msamir605@gmail.com" . Our problem is that we aren't able to access the
      fiware lab cloud to use its resources and whenever we try to access it , we
      receive a message saying that we are not authorized . we just want to know
      what's the matter with it !.

      Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
      Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-mundus-req@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.

        In order to access to your VM, you should user your private key (pem file).
        ssh -i yourprivatekey.pem ubuntu/centos@yourpublicIp

        We wanted to connect to orion context broker we followed the steps
        provided in fiware document which is to run the token script.sh and got the
        valid token from it . Then we cloned the IDAS from the github , then we
        modified the config.ini file and provided it with my username and valid
        token which we got from the token script , after that we tried run the
        gettoken.py but we get "permission denied" message . Thanks for your
        patience .
