We wanted to connect to orion context broker we followed the steps
provided in fiware document which is to run the token script.sh and got the
valid token from it . Then we cloned the IDAS from the github , then we
modified the config.ini file and provided it with my username and valid
token which we got from the token script , after that we tried run the
gettoken.py but we get "permission denied" message . Thanks for your
        patience .

        Best regards

        Hello

We have faced a little problem recently while setting up the virtual
        infrastructure
using the fiware lab . Regarding the security part , we were trying to
create the keypair to get the private and the public keys but we stopped at
the PUTTY step while using the terminal , as it's required to enter a
username and a password in the terminal to complete the keypair generation
and we tried using our username and password of the fiware account but
unfortunately it was rejected .. So we wanted to know what username and
password exactly required for the PUTTY terminal.

        Thanks

Dear user, we didn't receive any Community Account Upgrade requests from your account.
I do not which is the reason of that but if you want a Community Account you should provide us:

        • a brief recap of your project idea
        • amount of resources you need
        • preferred node

        Thanks.

Unfortunately, I'm not involved in FIWARE Lab or FIWARE Cloud administration, thus I'm afraid I cannot provide any help on this. In my opinion this request should be routed to FIWARE Lab staff.

(I'll reassign back the issue to Pietropaolo Alfonso in the hope he can assign to the right people in the next step).
