Description
Hi,
We are unable to access our instances via SSH with our floating IP address.
Could you please see what's going on?
Kind regards,
Carlos Carreiras
Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.

Dear José,
Thanks so much for your help. Indeed, I'm managing VMs that are associated
with another account.
Kind regards,
Carlos Carreiras
