      Description

      Dear node team,

      One fo the SMEs from the FINISh accelerator is having issues with their VMs. Could you kindly take a look?

      The company name is EOSTECH, the project name is INTOFOOD.
      They are using the node Spain2.
      The contact email specified at account creation/upgrade was lumetti.consultant@gmail.com<lumetti.consultant@gmail.com>

      The project is close to the end and is conducting user trials involving real farmers and real users.) with their solution (INTOFOOD), so the non-availability of their FIWARE-Lab resources is particularly problematic.

      Can you please help this team?

      Dear Peter,
      We are using account created as lumetti.consultant@gmail.com<lumetti.consultant@gmail.com> (we have used different email address respect our company address in order to have separation of messages thta become from FiwareLab)

      Our resources are hosted on Spain2 node and after this problem I have sent email to communityaccount@fiware.org<communityaccount@fiware.org>

      It's the third time that we have some problems with virtual machine instances.
      The first and second time we have recreated the machine and installed again the software without sent any email to support.

      The VMs are unreachable for more than 3 days and there aren't email regarding maintenance of Spain2 Node.

      For example, on monday i have tried to restart Larsec VM (our POI Server) and today morning the status of machine was again "Rebooting", then We have deleted instance and create a new POI Server.

          The VMs are taken the private IP now. They should assign again the floating IP to the right VM. Tell us if they continue having problems.

          Today VMs works and have IP, but sometimes the VMs are not reachable and
          if i try to reboot the VM, the machine does not reboot.

          Dear user,

          In order to close this tickets I need to know if you can work with your server now. If you reboot the server and stay in error status or not finished the reboot operation it is something different that we should analyse in other tickets but let me know if at the moment you can work with your image.

          Apologize for the problem that you have in your image.

          At the moment, after about one week, the problem seems solved and each
          machine works fine.

          In order to better describe the problem occurred last week and have
          correct log for the future i'll try to describe below the situation.

          Last week two VMs have a problems:

          VM1: name: lagazuoi

          the VM has IP but was unreachable because it lost "security group
          association" and his status was "RUNNING". After see this situation i
          have tried to force a reboot from Web Cloud Interface but machine
          remains into "Rebooting" status and machine seems to take same IP that
          was visible into Web Cloud Interface for this machine

          VM2: name larsec

          the VM has lost IP and was unreachable and his status was "RUNNING".
          After see this situation i have tried to force a reboot from Web Cloud
          Interface but machine remains into "Rebooting" status and none IP was
          visible into Web Cloud Interfacefor this machine
