      Description

      Dear node team,

      One fo the SMEs from the FINISh accelerator is having issues with their VMs. Could you kindly take a look?

      The company name is EOSTECH, the project name is INTOFOOD.
      They are using the node Spain2.
      The contact email specified at account creation/upgrade was lumetti.consultant@gmail.com<lumetti.consultant@gmail.com>

      The project is close to the end and is conducting user trials involving real farmers and real users.) with their solution (INTOFOOD), so the non-availability of their FIWARE-Lab resources is particularly problematic.

      Can you please help this team?

      Dear Peter,
      We are using account created as lumetti.consultant@gmail.com<lumetti.consultant@gmail.com> (we have used different email address respect our company address in order to have separation of messages thta become from FiwareLab)

      Our resources are hosted on Spain2 node and after this problem I have sent email to communityaccount@fiware.org<communityaccount@fiware.org>

      It's the third time that we have some problems with virtual machine instances.
      The first and second time we have recreated the machine and installed again the software without sent any email to support.

      The VMs are unreachable for more than 3 days and there aren't email regarding maintenance of Spain2 Node.

      For example, on monday i have tried to restart Larsec VM (our POI Server) and today morning the status of machine was again "Rebooting", then We have deleted instance and create a new POI Server.
