Description
Dear help desk,
I cannot acces my instance and the webserver seems down.
This is supposed to be a production server, is it possible that
disappears like this?
I cannot access via SSH with Putty
I cannot access via RDP via windows remote desktop connections
From the web there is no response if you try to connect to 130.206.114.66
Could you please help as soon as possible?
I really don't understand how is this possible, the status of the
instance is active and running, I restarted it twice I don't know what to do
