        Dear Isabel,
in order to ping the VM, you have to add a security rule for ICMP (ICMP 0 0 0.0.0.0/0 (CIDR)).
About your ssh issue, I've just forwarded your request to the Spain node support team.
We'll get back to you soon.

        Best regards
        Marco

        Hi
There was a networking problem last weekend, which has been solved. Now it is possible to access to your VM.
        ssh root@130.206.118.17
The authenticity of host '130.206.118.17 (130.206.118.17)' can't be established.
        RSA key fingerprint is f3:10:f1:0c:57:0d:d0:15:86:52:71:07:20:15:16:15.
Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no)?

In addition, to be able to ping your VM you should add the ICMP port in the security group.
        Regards,
        Henar
