FIWARE.Request.Lab.Lannion.Problem with Market Place instance.

      Description

      Hello,

      We can't connect to marketplace-ri-R2.3 instance.

      The image status is active and running but the instance doesn't respond to
      ping or nmap from local net. Neither shh if we assign it a public ip.

      We've tried to reboot and relaunch, the configuration (security groups,
      network) is correct, the region is Lanninon2 and the instance ID is
      ecbd2831-bdd7-4e0a-b4ec-323b2f47b450.

      Can you check if the instance is running and how can we connect to it?
