      Description

      Hi.
      I'm trying to access the cloud but can not.
      In the past I could.
      Now I want to present a project to an accelerator, but I can not implement my project lab.
      I've tried to request for a Community Account upgrade, but I have no answer.
      My user is eustma@outlook.com.
      Please tell me I can do.

        your request for a Community Account upgrade is currently in evaluation.
        You should have received the number of the associated Jira ticket and you will receive further updates from us soon.

        I have just forwarded to the second level support the issue about the access to the Cloud Portal with your account.
