Description
Hi,
I requested community account upgrade over a week ago (FLUA-597), and
according to my understanding the resources were allocated. Nevertheless,
after logging in to FIWARE Lab, when I click Cloud tab, I receive a message
(screenshot here http://imgur.com/yaoIJNq ) about not being authorized to
use cloud resources in any project and asking me to apply for community
account – which I already did.
This problem also prevents me from knowing my tenant_id.
I would appreciate your feedback on this issue as soon as possible.
