Hi,
This is Piotr Nowacki from iEHR.eu. We work on Platan as part of FICHe
Accelerator (currently at PoC phase). While getting my account updated to
the Community Edition I have realized that my account got either deleted or
locked. An attempt to reset password for "piotr.nowacki@onet.pl" fails.
Attempts to log on with the password that worked previously fails as well.
With that I am unable to get my Tenant ID to report it back to Franck for
the upgrade.
Could you please have a look? I see my compute instance in Spain2 operates
properly so this does not look like complete account removal.

we are still having some issues due to the migration of services to the new IDM. Your request has been already taken in account by the second-level support team. They will get back to you as soon as the problem will be fixed.
