Dear Gent support team,
if I try to create an instance, the VM is launched but it goes always in ERROR status.
My tenand ID is:
marco-cipriani (ID 00000000000000000000000000003373)
Another user reported the same problem (see HELP-2417): I am waiting information about his tenant ID before assigning the ticket.

Dear Marco,
Gent node haven't got more Free IP on the public pool. We try to free it, as fast as we notice users don't use it. Also, error messages on the portal are no accurate.

This is and old issue. But today, 12/Jan/2016 there are problems with Keystone main node.
