I am not sure if you have already been re-routed to the owner of the IDM (the UPM). In any case. I put you in direct contact with them (Álvaro Alonso). If the problem is related with WireCloud the contact person is from the UPM, but from a different team.

my name is Alvaro Alonso and I’m in charge of the IdM and on the official PEP-Proxy of Fiware (https://github.com/ging/fi-ware-pep-proxy) I don’t know if this is the one you are using, if not I recommend yo so because is the one with more tests and better integration with the environment.

Regarding WireCloud I cannot help you, please talk with the other team.

Regarding the authentication issues, what is exactly the problem you have? Last week we changed the domain certificates to fewer.org (instead of fi-ware.org). Perhaps you have to update it in your calls to the IdM.
