      Description

      Hi,

My name is Artemis Voulkidis and I work for the FI-PPP Phase II project
FINESCE. In the last few days, we have observed a significant inconvenience
regarding the authentication services offered by the global IDM instance.
Specifically, we have noticed two abnormal service activity effects. First,
Wirecloud authentication is not properly working; if a user is already
logged in, then everything is ok. However, if a new login has to be made,
then the response from the IDM service to the relevant WireCloud callback
url is a 500 error. Moreover, in WP4 we share some services that get
authenticated by IDM through the pep-proxy software provided by TID (the
managers of these services are CC'ed in this email). Again, during the last
few days we have been facing problems with the authentication services.

Has anything changed in the way authentication is handled through the
FI-WARE infrastructure, or is this a known, temporal service disruption?

      Thank your,

      Kind Regards,

      Artemis
