Let us remind you the following: 1. The username is : ubuntu 2. If you use putty.exe you have also to put the .ppk key (i.e. ClaveTFG.ppk) 3. If you use ubuntu environment you have to put the .pem key (i.e. ClaveTFG.pem). 4. These are my problems: I have created an instance of ubuntu following all the steps of the guide ( https://fiware-cloud-portal.readthedocs.io/en/5.4/user_guide/ ) and I can not find the way to connect to it by ssh. I have already tried in different ways both by ssh command and by the putty app. The other problem that I have is that when trying to access my instnacia by the own console that Fiware lab cloud provides. When doing the login asks for username and password, I infer that they have to be the email and the password with which you access the web, but it does not leave any of the keyboard combinations to put an "@" ...
