Description
Good Morning,
I'm having problems accessing the instances that I create within the
platform. These are my problems:
I have created an instance of ubuntu following all the steps of the guide (
https://fiware-cloud-portal.readthedocs.io/en/5.4/user_guide/) and I can
not find the way to connect to it by ssh. I have already tried in different
ways both by ssh command and by the putty app.
The other problem that I have is that when trying to access my instnacia by
the own console that Fiware lab cloud provides. When doing the login asks
for username and password, I infer that they have to be the email and the
password with which you access the web, but it does not leave any of the
keyboard combinations to put an "@" ...
I await your response,
Thanks and best regards

HELP-15973) [Fiware-lab-help] Problems in the fiware lab cloud platform *Dear Antonio,
Please, take a look at https://jira.fiware.org/browse/HELP-15973 to see the responses.
Please, keep in mind that there is no activated root account for FIWARE Instances. You can use user "ubuntu", "centos" or "debian" depending if you've created a VM based on Ubuntu, CentOS or Debian.
Best regards,
José Ignacio

Dear Fiware Lab user,
Your VM looks like it is working fine.
We cannot understand why you are not able to connect with ssh.
Let us remind you the following:
1. The username is : ubuntu
2. If you use putty.exe you have also to put the .ppk key (i.e. ClaveTFG.ppk)
3. If you use ubuntu environment you have to put the .pem key (i.e. ClaveTFG.pem).
4. To use username and password (which we don't recommend) you have to connect first using your private key and then change the password to the one you prefer.
Best regards,
Crete Node Helpdesk.
