      Dears,

      I cant log in to my fiware lab where i can create VMs and resources and avaialble suddenly everything is gone and I don’t know why ??

        Dear User,

        The reason you could not access your Fiware Lab account was that it was expired (as a trail user).
        For this reason you where deleted from the region of Crete (in 27-4-2019) and as a matter of fact you were disabled as a user.
        Your VM (agent, 147.27.60.59) still exists but at the moment is suspended.

        Hi Fernando,

        The reason this user could not access his Fiware Lab account was that it was expired (as a trail user).
        For this reason he was deleted from the region of Crete (in 27-4-2019) and as a matter of fact he was disabled as a user.
        His VM (agent, 147.27.60.59) still exists but at the moment is suspended.

        As I can see now, in 2019-05-29 he became a community user in the region of Crete (we have not received a corresponding request for this and he has not become a community user by us).
