Ok, it seems the problem was the weird fact that the VM had 2 ports in the same network. You can access now the VM using the public IP.

Hi,
Thanks for the answer. I checked the security rules defined but I have a lot of them as you can see in this picture: https://i.gyazo.com/2ffbfac94844aa3e720c5fdf9073c7c4.png
I also just tried to change the security group of the instance to another one that only has the default security rules: (any/any for IPv4 and IPv6) and it didn’t work neither.
What could be?

You don't have any security rule, so you should define the needed security rules. All of your security rules are empty, so, you won't be able to access your VM. – Although I can see you managed to have 2 ports in the same network and that's a weird.

Issue id: HELP-13005
Description:
Hi,
I have been trying to access to one of my instances but it was imposible. I tried several things: restart it, disassociate floating IP, associate it, … but nothing worked. Now it is running and I’m trying to ping it and it is also impossible. I have already tried to connect to it by ssh (Ubuntu) and PuTTy (Windows) but none of them works.
I don’t use it since last june, and back then nothing of this happens.
Hope you can find a solution.
Instance name that presents these problems is “SYSTEM”.
Thanks and regards!
