      Description

      Hi Support team,

I've created an instance though following procedure:

neither through web console(VM display through VNC) nor through ssh(After
      assinging global IP) to it.
When accessing though VNC I'm getting attached screen "VNC display"( with
      no login screen).

and when connecting it through ssh using private key: "ssh -i newkey1.pem
130.206.113.104 -l root", I'm getting error: "Permission denied
      (publickey)".
      ssh debug logs are attached.

      Please help.

No. You can't use VNC to connect since the users has no passwords.

You can't connect your VM using root. You only can login using any of centos, debian or ubuntu, depending on the operating system you choosed to built your instance. In order to gain root privileges, use "sudo"

The VM is working and up running and it has connectivity. Your user is ubuntu for that kind of VMs.

Please double check that you are using the right pem file since you have 4 different keypairs.

        Regards,
        José Ignacio

Yes, I'm able to connect with it successfully.
        Thanks for the help,

BTW, How can one get to know about the user credentials of the instance?
        Is it documented somewhere?
Or does one needs to take support from help-desk after creating the
        instance, for login credentials?
