FIWARE.Request.Tech.Apps.ApplicationMashup.NoDifferenceBetweenAllStoresAndStore

    Details

    • HD-Chapter:
      Apps
    • HD-Enabler:
      Wirecloud

      Description

Web Browser: Google Chrome version 38.0.2125.104
      Operating System: OSX version 10.9.3
      User id: wirecloud

      Description:

In the marketplace view there are some filtering options at the left that
users can make use of to do more specific searchings.

One thing they can select is the Store to find the widgets and mashups in.

The can choose between all stores and Store Fi-lab but we found there is no
difference between them. Watch the video ‘No difference between all stores
and Store Fi-lab_1’ for more detail. In the video we can also see that
marketplace takes too much to load widgets.

      How to replicate:

      1. Log in Fi-lab
      2. Go to marketplace
      3. In the filter options, select ‘Store Fi-lab’ as the Store to search in.
      4. Wait for the marketplace to load the mashups
      5. Then, select ‘all stores’ as the Store to search in
      6. Check there is no difference between the results of step 3 and step 5.

Hi! Thank you for your comment.

You must think that the "All Stores" option returns all the offerings available in all the FIWARE Lab. Currently, there is only one Store registered in the FIWARE Lab (Store Fi-Lab) so when you select "All Stores" only the offerings of this Store will be retrieved. The Marketplace has support for registering multiple Store instances but this support is not being used currently.

        BR
        Aitor.
