Description
When a blueprint is launched its appears in blueprint instances section and
the corresponding VMs in instances section. If a blueprint instance is
terminated the associated VMs persist. If a VM or more are terminated the
blueprint persists.
How to replicate:
Launch a blueprint, terminate it.
Launch a blueprint, terminate an associated VM.

Yes, you are right, there is a bug. When deleting Blueprint instance the associated virtual machine should be deleted. However, you can delete the vm without deleting the corresponding blueprint instance.
