Description
If there are a lots of security groups created while trying to launch a new
VM from an image, the step where the user has to select the keypair and
security groups is not correctly displayed. The user can’t see the keypair
field or the next button. In addition, the window has overflow but the
scrollbar isn’t displayed
How to replicate: Create a bunch of security groups. Launch a new VM from
an existing image.
