          Keypairs only can be downloaded just after create it. If a user have a
          problem with his personal device where the keypair is stored, the user will
          not be able to access to the VMs associated with the keypair never ever
          because a VM can’t change its associated keypair.

          How to replicate: Create a keypair, try to download it later
