FIWARE.Request.Lab.public IP not reachable.

      Description

      Hello,

      By mistake our floating IP has been released. We have allocated a new
      IP, but its unreachable at the moment. Do we have to wait a certain
      amount of time before its reachable?

        Your account is a basic account. You are not supposed to have any VM (you don't have any VM indeed) nor any public IPs.

        Cloud environment you can ask other users to share their projects with
        you using the Account Portal"./

        So my question remains.

        Sorry. If had known the VM with problems it would have been easier to find it. Anyway, the VM has finally its IP.
