HD-Enabler:Wirecloud
Description
Web Browser: Google Chrome version 38.0.2125.104
Operating System: OSX version 10.9.3
User id: wirecloud
Priority:3
Description:
In the wiring map shown in the image named ‘The wiring connections worked
but mashup didn’t_1’ there are three widgets connected: YouTube Browser,
Wikipedia and Linear Graph. Thus, if a user clicks on a video in the
YouTube widget, the name of the video will be used as a new entry to search
in Wikipedia and the resulting article will be used as an input to the
Linear Graph widget. This wiring map didn’t throw an exception.
Back to the workspace, if we click on a video, the Wikipedia widget throws
an exception that is shown in the image ‘The wiring connections worked but
mashup didn’t _2’.
It would helpful to tell the user the kind of data the Wikipedia’s widget
input is expecting.
How to replicate:
1. Log in
2. Go to Store
3. Acquire some widgets
4. Go to Mashup
5. Add some widgets
6. Go to wiring map
