I am sending you the snapshoot of the web page in the attachment.

It seems to me that there is an access issue, as we can access to all other
        web pages.

        Kind regards,

        Aleksandar Šiposki,
        PAYS development team.

        Dear Alvaro,

We use a university network that uses a proxy for network access. I have
checked with them and they say that it looks that we are blocked from your
        side.

Do you allow proxy to connect to the cloud?

What https port do we target with https://account.lab.fiware.org? We have
        enabled trafic to port: 443.
That can be changed if there is another port that we need to target.

        Kind regards,

        Aleksandar Šiposki,
        PAYS development team.

Yes, to reach the website you only need 443 port

        Comment by siposki@gmail.com :

        Dear FIWARE Help Desk,

Our tech support for network administration has discovered that there is a
problem with your service when using IPv6 protocol in a DNS search for
https://account.lab.fiware.org/. There is no service present there, and our
proxy is configured to target IPv6 protocol when enabled.

From our side, problem is solved, because we have configured the proxy not
to use IPv6 for this address. But, as this is an open service platform that
encourages participants to contribute, we strongly advise you to erase AAAA
from the DNS or to enable service through IPv6 address to prevent network
problems that other users might encounter.

        All the best,

        Aleksandar Šiposki,
        PAYS development team.
