Dear Sir or Madam,
we are having problems with VM instance in Fiware Lab Cloud in Trento2
region (instance name: KeyRock4Web, ID:
125cdf78-3e8f-42ec-bf35-608a4c3ec438).
The instance became unresponsive so we restarted it in the Lab Cloud (this
happened the second time now). Restart was successful but the VM is still
unresponsive. We cannot connect to the VM via SSH (we're getting "connection
timed out" errors). We also can't connect to the VM using "View display"
option under "Connect to VM display" in FiwareLab Cloud (VNC Display returns
"Server disconnected (code: 1006)"). The VM is also not accessible via web
browser on https://keyrock.ponnod.com where the log-in page should open.
The last time this happened, you had to force the reboot of the VM since it
was stuck. Can you please check what seems to be the problem now.
