We are group in the fiware lab with a username
"Mahmoud" and email "msamir605@gmail.com"<msamir605@gmail.com> We've been trying for two weeks
to submit a request in the upgrade community to help us use the fiware lab
resources but there's no response until now and we're running out of time
because we're bound to submitting a small project depending on fiware lab
. Can you help us make a fiware account that uses the cloud services and
functionalities easily with no authorization problems?

      Thanks,

      Miguel

There's ticket HELP-6950 for this same issue. So I'm marking that one as duplicated.

Ahmed, please, I find a bit weird what you say 'and nothing happened'.
When you follow those steps a ticket should have been created on our side with a request for upgrading the account.
This request has a FLUA-xxx idendifier. Can you please tell me this number in order to check on the accounts desk?
        Thanks in advance!
        Manuel

        Comment by ahmedemad031@gmail.com :

        Hello

We have faced a little problem recently while setting up the virtual
        infrastructure
using the fiware lab . Regarding the security part , we were trying to
create the keypair to get the private and the public keys but we stopped at
the PUTTY step while using the terminal , as it's required to enter a
username and a password in the terminal to complete the keypair generation
and we tried using our username and password of the fiware account but
unfortunately it was rejected .. So we wanted to know what username and
password exactly required for the PUTTY terminal.

        Thanks

        Hello,
Using the keypair you don't need password. If you use Ubuntu images, the username is "ubuntu".
Please follow the instruction of this tutorial, starting from slide 20 to 39.

NOTE: next time (or if you don't solve with the above instructions) you should open a new ticket because this one is related to another issue.

        Regards,
        Giuseppe

        Hello

We haven't got the keypair yet , thus we need to know what password is
required to enter when we open the PUTTy terminal . And if you see that
there's a misconception from us , please correct our point .

        Thanks in advance
