FIWARE.Request.Lab.FIWARE federation-monitoring instance not reachable - infographics down.

          Description

          Dear,

          I cannot access anymore the instance where is installed the federation-monitoring, I suppose it is crashed in some way. Unfortunately this issue has an impact on the Infographics tool.

          I kindly ask you to force a reboot of the VM urgently. Moreover it would be nice to have a screen shot of the console before the reboot in order to understand what's the cause of the problem.

          Here the floating IP assigned to the instance: 130.206.84.4

            It seems that there is a problem with some process in the VM which leads to memory exhaustion and VM crash.

            I suspected this. If you find some useful infos on the console it would be nice to have a screenshot, otherwise just reboot and I will take care of fix those processes (I have some ideas on what is going wrong)

            The machine has been rebooted, we have not been able to take any information about crash.

            We couldn't find specific information, we can analize the KVM behaviour ( start VM, create VM, stop VM..) but not about an specific problem in a VM.

            I hope it works fine now.
