FIWARE.Request.Lab.Spain.Help ERROR creating instance on the cloud

          Description

          Hi,

          I have community account on FIWARE cloud. I've tried to create instance on
          the cloud but failed.

          Here are the logs:

          Success: Blueprint fusicln4 cloned.
          > Success: Blueprint wirecloneinstc1 launched.
          > Success: Blueprint Instance wirecloneinstc1 status.
          > Description: Create environment wirecloneinstc1
          > Status: ERROR
          > Error: Infrastructure error Error interacting with OpenStack Error
          > creating server: String index out of range: -10

          Attached is screenshot.

          What could cause the problem?

          Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
          Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.

            I can see you don't have a keypair in the tier. Please, do it and tell me the results.
