      we have problems accessing the machines through our public IPs.
      Our ports are open. We previously accessed them today, but after 12
      o'clock the connection failed.

          Dear node team, could you kindly help this user from the FINISH accelelarator?

          They can not access their VMs through ssh today.

          Their original problem report is in: FLUA-2398
