FIWARE.Request.Lab.Spain.Instance problems

      Description

      Hi,
      Suddenly at aproximate 14:00h today our instance ssh has stopped working. The instance information is the following:
      name: mentalcheck-instance
      region: spain2
      account: massimo@bipsin.com
      So we tried to reboot it but the instance is not accessible.
      How can we solve this problem?
      Thanks.

      Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
      Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.

        We try to correct the issue, could you give us the ID of the instance, the Security Groups that you had and the network in which you deploy the server that you was using?

        Yesterday the instance has the mentalcheck-sg security group, but I see that today it has changed to default. Can you change the security group to mentalcheck-sg again?
