Description
I’m having some problems launching instances (I’m still learning how to use Fiware Lab so I apologise in advance if I’m missing something pretty obvious).
I tried to use a blueprint template from the catalogue and one made by me but I after the DEPLOYING message I always hit some error. Trying with the Node.js + mysql template gave me for example "Infrastructure error Error interacting with OpenStack Error creating server: String index out of range: -10”. I’m wondering if it has to do with the fact that apparently our project has been assigned zero floating IPs.
Thanks a lot in advance for your reply!
Gianluca

Hello,
In order to proceed I need some info. Could you tell me if you have a basic or a community account and what's your tenant/project ID? (you can find it selecting "Info" under your project name). In which node/region are you trying to create the blueprint template?
In this way we'll be able to forward the request to the proper support team.
Regards,
Giuseppe
