      Description

I’m having some problems launching instances (I’m still learning how to use Fiware Lab so I apologise in advance if I’m missing something pretty obvious).
I tried to use a blueprint template from the catalogue and one made by me but I after the DEPLOYING message I always hit some error. Trying with the Node.js + mysql template gave me for example "Infrastructure error Error interacting with OpenStack Error creating server: String index out of range: -10”. I’m wondering if it has to do with the fact that apparently our project has been assigned zero floating IPs.

Thanks a lot in advance for your reply!
      Gianluca

        Comment by gianluca.giorgolo@gmail.com :

Thanks that worked, but I still have the problem that we haven’t got any floating IP available for our project so I can’t ssh into the instance. If I go to Security and try to allocate an IP to the project, it tells me that the IP quota is zero. The only floating ip pool available is public-ext-net-01.

        Thanks again for your reply!
