          we have trouble accessing our FIWARE resources on the Budapest2 node.

          Is there a direct contact to the budapest help desk that you can provide
          for these and similar issues?

              Hi Budapest team,

              The Fractals SME report that they are periodically having trouble with the resources on the Budapest2
              node.
              They have been able to reboot the 2 of their instances, but the third is in status rebooting for hours now.

              Could you kindly take a look?

              User confirmed in HELC-1339 that the VMs work fine now, closing the ticket. Thanks Budapest team for your help .
