we are still periodicalz having trouble with the resources on the Budapest2
node.
We have been able to reboot the 2 of our instances, but the third is in
status rebooting for hours now.

Is there a direct helpdesk on the Budapest node that we can write if this
and similar problems occur?

Really don´t know if there is a Budapest node helpdesk. You best bet is to contact the fiware coaches (in cc)

Budapest team restarted the VM yesterday, waiting for Aleksandar's confirmation to close the ticket.
