Description
Dear Sirs,
All of a sudden, our VPS started refusing our key when connecting
through ssh. We get the message: "Disconnected: No supported
authentication methods available (server sent: publickey). We are using
Putty, as we always did, with the same configuration using the .ppk file.
Connect to instance via VM terminal does not work either.
Please advise.

Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Jorge Ferreira

Dear Jorge,
The VM seems to have caught the correct Keypairs, the ones you have defined upon the instance creation.
Would you please try with the original Key.pem file you downloaded when you created the VM using openssh client?
Would you please double check the different keypairs you may have?
Regards,
José Ignacio.
