      Description

      Hi I'm Francisco a member of the team that we are trying of start a project
      in Bigdata with the MiLeyenda member.
      We have problems with the access a the server instance in the Cloud
      section, with my account always take this message supously with the correct
      rights:

      Dear User,

      Currently you are not authorized to use Cloud resources in any project. If
      you want to enjoy Cloud environment you can ask other users to share their
      projects with you using the Account Portal.

      You can also manage your own project getting a Trial account or, if your
      Trial period has expired, applying for a community account following the
      application process.

      Then Antonio, CEO of the organization, gave me his account because he told
      me the has it's works.
      In my laptop, the first times I got the same error, but I don't know how,
      it began to work.
      Now I'm in the computer of my work and I have the same problem, with the
      user antonio@mileyenda.com I can't enter in the Cloud section.

      Can you help me.

        Dear,

        available resources depends on which type of account you have:

        • community accounts have an associated region and resources on that region
        • trial accounts are usually associated to Spain, they can evaluate the Lab with a limited number of resources and for a limited period
        • basic account, must be connected with a community account and can work using resources of the linked organisation

        Please check your account type in your profile (https://account.lab.fiware.org/settings/ —> Account Status). In that page you should be also able to request an account upgrade, if needed.

        I’ve seen that your account is still a valid community account (Expires at: 2016-02-12), moreover it is associated with the Spain2 region, therefore I’ve just forwarded your request to the Spain support.
        They will help you understand why you cannot use resources on Cloud.

        About fracas@ucam.edu I see the process of authorisation still in progress and the last message to you was:

        I see that previously another community account request was filed by Antonio for MiLeyenda the LEGEND project. Do you want to get added to that communtiy account? or are you requesting a new one for a new project? could u kindly clarify?

        Hi,

        I've just checked your account and I don't find any mistake. You should be able to connect to Spain2 suing "antonio@mileyenda.com". Please, be sure you are correctly authenticated with that account.
