Dear Support!
Int he Budapest2 region, we run a developent machine under an account. Because of the development status, we nead a user accessible test enviroment, which is the same architectal solution then the planned "live".
However it's need 5 instances, but in this region an account have only one.
May I ask you to inform me how we can increase the instance numbers?

Dear Balázs,
how many CPU/Memory/storage need you? In our site the memory is limited.
Do you need all the 5 VM 4 cores and 8GB rams?
The solution to upgrade a running VM is:
1 - create a snapshot of the VM
2 - delete the running virtual machine
3 - create a new instance from the snapshot with bigger flavor

Actually we need 5 instances:
- (The actually running device (not change) - 4 CPU , 8G RAM, 80GB diszk )
- And the new instances:
o 1x 1CPU, 1G RAM, 10G Disc
o 2x 1CPU, 2G RAM, 15G disc
o 1x 2 CPU, 2G RAM, 15G disc

It is clear, i can add these resource. I made for you a new flavor (small2cores) and I upgraded your quotas:
- CPU 4-->10
- Memory: 10000MB -> 14000MB

The Budapest node support team can increase the quotas related to your project if you have particular reasons (it seems your case).
Before I have to ask you: do you have a community account? Can you tell me your account name and your project ID?
If you have a community account I can forward your request to the second level support in order to evaluate your request.
