          Description

          Dear Support!

          Int he Budapest2 region, we run a developent machine under an account. Because of the development status, we nead a user accessible test enviroment, which is the same architectal solution then the planned "live".
          However it's need 5 instances, but in this region an account have only one.

          May I ask you to inform me how we can increase the instance numbers?

            It is clear, i can add these resource. I made for you a new flavor (small2cores) and I upgraded your quotas:

            • CPU 4-->10
            • Memory: 10000MB -> 14000MB

            • And the new instances:

            o 1x 1CPU, 1G RAM, 10G Disc

            o 2x 1CPU, 2G RAM, 15G disc

            o 1x 2 CPU, 2G RAM, 15G disc

            Dear Balázs,

            how many CPU/Memory/storage need you? In our site the memory is limited.
            Do you need all the 5 VM 4 cores and 8GB rams?

            The solution to upgrade a running VM is:
            1 - create a snapshot of the VM
            2 - delete the running virtual machine
            3 - create a new instance from the snapshot with bigger flavor

            Sorry, we have another problem, because the insance number is enogh, but I can not deploy because of the memory/storage and CPU allocation.
            By the way, after the installation may I ask additional capacities for a VM?
