      Description

      Hi there

      Cannot ssh our Fiware Labs cloud instance server and by the way I haven't
      seen any announcement for maintenance for the PiraeusU node.

      The details for the project are:

      jbprek cloud (ID 29a49f71040a4cf2b57b8318ef977820) in PiraeusU

      Until now we have been using regularly on a daily base the instances and
      this problem occurred for the first time.

      Have also attempted to connect using portal's
      http://cloud.lab.fiware.org/vnc_display but again I get timeout errors.

      Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
      Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.

        Dear Ioannis,
        as far as we know, no maintenance activities are ongoing on PiraeusU and the node should be working fine.
        I've just forwarded your issue to the PiraeusU support team.

        Dear user,

        we have checked the functionality of your VM (ip: 83.212.238.88) and the ssh connection seems that works properly.
        We tested the connection from 2 different external networks and we got connection session, without login since we do not have the ssh-key.

        So potentially the problem you had was temporary maybe due to some network unavailability for some time.

        Could you please provide us your feedback so as to proceed with the ticket closing or with further troubleshooting?
