Description
Good evening,
I have a server in the fiware cloud and it is suddenly unreachable. From
the internal monitoring system it is up and running and apparently has no
issues, but it does not even respond to pings from my network (Italy), from
germany and from US.
It is not a networking issue on my network as I tried both from mobile and
from wired networks from different points in the world. It is not an issue
with configuration because up to 3 hours ago it was perfectly reacheable.
The server is in the Trento datacenter.
