We have received the following issue:
"Hello!
I am contacting you on behalf of Nemetschek company - we are executing a project funded by FRACTALS and have a community account on FIWARE Lab:
We have the following problem: one of my colleagues - the Team Leader of the software development team has a personal account, through which he has access to the company account. The problem is that his account expired and now he doesn't have access to any of the company resources on FIWARE. This is a big problem for us and stops all our work
which has very strict deadlines for project reporting. So our problem is really URGENT.
I am attaching you the e-mail he received from your system regarding his account:
Please assist us as soon as possible to fix this problem - we need instructions how to activate his account again - make it community?
This is a very serious problem for us because maybe soon the other developers will also be in the same situation - they have the same accounts.
Please get in touch with me as soon as possible and give me instructions how to proceed.

Dear Spanish Node team,
Can we get your help for this SME from the FRACTALS accelerator?
As a summary, they had a community account for tpeneva@nemetschek.bg on the Budapest node. Then they added other team members such as Valentin (vnaoumov@nemetschek.bg) to the cloud organization for the community account. One thing to note is Valentin's trial account was on the Spanish node.
It seems after a few months, Valentin received a notification that his trial account is expiring. So after a while longer his account expired and now he is not able to restore it, and Nemetschek team could not add him back to the community account.
Could you kindly check what could be the issue? I assigned the ticket to the Spanish node, and the not the Budapest node, as Valentin's account seems to have been on the Spanish node. (see the email he got in the attached word doc int he original ticket
