      Description

      Hi,

An applicant has reported no connectivity to new VM (this was created at
      the beginning of the day):

      Dear,

I have some troubles to set up a VM.

*I cannot access remotely to the server. I have launched a Centos-6.5-x64,
I have set the security rules (TCP port 22 is opened, among others) and the
floating ip. Then, I get: (fiware.png)*

Here are the instructions for connecting: (fiware_instructions.png)

Here is the instance info: (instance_info.png)

      Thanks for your help.

          Hi
In order to check what it is hapenning with your VMs and why you don't have access, I would need to know the mail you use to access to the Cloud, so that I can check it. According what I saw in the images, you were using both networks to deploy the VM, please use just one the node-int-net-01. Then also I saw that you have to associate a floating ip to your VM, and use this floating ip to access by ssh.
          Regards,
          Henar
