      The following issue has been submitted by a Fractals open-call partner

      "Dear Sirs,
      Today, my application that resides on FIWARE Cloud stopped working.
      I signed up on cloud.lab.fiware.org and I noticed that there are no instances of the server.

      It is very important that I can access databases located on the Orion server, where we stored configuration files, because I do not have a backup

          Dear Budapest node team,

          Could you kindly help this Fractals SME? It seems they can not see their instances anymore.
          Their ID Info is the following: Connected to project DusanKrsticNS cloud (ID 88cc2d55126f4865b91c2cae47078832)

          please send email to "javier.romero@atos.net" through JIRA when you add a comment, as the system does not allow me to reset the reporter of the ticket.

          Dear Ilknur,

          Our storage node stopped this morning unexpectedly, making our services temporarly unavailable. We are working on fixing it, and we expect that before noon we can get back to normal operation. The user's data is in safe, and it's only an unfortunate temporal issue.
